Skat Blast®'s "Hi-Pro" High-Volume 6318 Series Power Gun (Patent Pending) is trigger operated and designed especially for siphon blasting. Replaces old-style 6318-10TRG Gun.
Features include larger direct air passages for increased air volume and better suction. This results in a stronger, more powerful blast, so powerful, it is often mistaken for a pressure blaster. Ergonomic handle and full-hand trigger lets you "feather" the blast for special applications or use "full blast" for heavy rust and paint removal. (More comfortable to hold and more durable than finger control type.) Skat Blast® "Hi-Pro" Gun power head is designed for a large air supply of 25 cfm or more (7-1/2 - 15 HP) compressor. Case-hardened steel head for longer life and increased production.
Stainless steel valve stem with a case-hardened steel valve stem guide make this gun the smoothest operating trigger gun on the market. Has 1/4" standard female pipe threads for your air inlet hose at bottom of handle. Your hose from pickup tube slips on power head. Accepts 5/8" ID siphon hose.
The 6318 Series Power Gun can be used with all trigger-operated Skat Blast® Cabinets. Can also be used to improve performance with older Skat Blast® Cabinets and other siphon-fed trigger cabinets. Includes 5/16" ID Tungsten Carbide Nozzle and 5/32" ID air jet installed in gun, one extra air jet, air jet gasket, and allen wrench. Max 125 psi. Requires 25 cfm air. 7-3/4" wide, 7" high, 1-1/4" deep. Made in USA.
