High-tech disc with a fabric face, foam center, and hook & loop backing, designed to be used with Hutchins "Water Bug III", TP Tools "Sand-Wiz", and other 6" water-fed sanders. Openings in the disc allow water to flow freely, and foam center provides an even surface pressure eliminating "finger marks" produced when hand sanding.
