Apply directly over POR-15® Rust Preventive Paints and other paints. Gloss Black topcoat is nonporous and will not crack, chip, or peel - it has an amazing scratch and abrasion resistance. Not sensitive to ultraviolet light and may be exposed to sunlight without fading or discoloring. Great for trailers, frames, decorative wrought iron, mailboxes, lawn & garden equipment, and more!
